At Alpha Repairing, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality appliance repair services. This Refund & Warranty Policy explains when refunds apply and what is covered under warranty.


1. No-Fix, No-Fee Policy

  • If our technician cannot repair the appliance or the repair is not possible, no labor charges will be applied (except the inspection fee if applicable).

  • If the customer refuses the recommended repair after diagnosis, inspection charges may apply.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

You are eligible for a refund when:

  • You were charged incorrectly.

  • You paid for a part that was later found unavailable or unnecessary.

  • The technician cancelled the visit and no service was provided.

Refunds are not provided when:

  • A successful repair was completed and the appliance was functioning at the time of delivery.

  • The issue reappears due to:

    • Power fluctuation

    • Water leakage

    • Gas leakage

    • Improper customer handling

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Internal board failures unrelated to our repair

  • The customer delays or refuses recommended part replacement.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method.


3. Warranty Policy

Alpha Repairing provides warranty on both labor and parts (when supplied by us).

Labor Warranty

  • Labor warranty ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the appliance and type of repair.

  • Applies only to the specific problem that was fixed.

  • Warranty does not apply if the appliance is checked or repaired by a third party after our service.

Parts Warranty

  • Parts provided by us come with supplier warranty (usually 30–90 days depending on part type).

  • If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no extra labor cost.

Warranty is void if:

  • The appliance is misused or damaged by the customer.

  • Power surges, voltage issues, or water damage occur.

  • Another technician opens or repairs the appliance after our service.

  • The appliance is too old and has multiple internal issues.


4. Important Notes

  • Warranty covers only the specific fault repaired, not the entire appliance.

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

  • Warranty appointments must be booked within working hours.
